Treat Yourself ~ A Workshop For Self-Care + CE’s
On Saturday, January 21, 2023, WAADAC is offering NAADAC members and non-members a free, 2 CE credit workshop to explore what self-care really means for you and how yoga can help.
Join Ernie Rombouts and MO (Marcia Olmsted) as they walk you through a workshop dedicated to those who serve!
- Practical and experiential introduction to assessing your own self-care needs
- Learn some simple but powerful yoga therapy tools to help with burnout and compassion fatigue
- Attendees will walk away with sample tools for developing continued self-care
After the workshop, join us for a complimentary lunch and participate in WAADAC’s quarterly all-member meeting. Also receive complimentary swag and prizes!

Meet Your Workshop Facilitators

Ernestine (Ernie) Rombouts
L.I.C.S.W., SUDP, M.A.C. has worked in the field of mental health and substance use disorder treatment since 1983. She received her B.S.W. from the University of Washington, her M.S.W from the University of Denver and completed her addiction studies at Edmonds College. Ms. Rombouts has provided inpatient and outpatient treatment services and has been in private practice since 1992. She has been a faculty member at Bellevue, Seattle Central and Edmonds Colleges. Ms. Rombouts continues to provide individual/couples/family therapy in addition to ongoing consultation, training workshops and supervision to various agencies and social service providers

Marcia (MO) Olmsted
BMus, MLS, RYT, PYT, SUDP spent 35 years in the corporate world of strategic management, process improvement, learning development and facilitation, public speaking, and writing. She acquired certifications in support of her yoga and fitness business as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Professional Yoga Therapist (PYT) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), specializing in Integrative Yoga Therapy and Personalized Fitness Coaching adapted to people of all ages and physical abilities. Ms. Olmsted has designed and delivered workshops and courses for multiple community colleges and universities. She added SUDP to her credentials and currently works at Lakeside Milam Recovery Centers as a part-time case manager and yoga therapist.
